Sony launches one of its first AMD-powered VAIO notebook, the VAIO VPCEE25FX/W, which is available at Best Buy for $ 649.99. Encouraged by AMD Athlon X2 2.1 GHz processor P320 II, VPCEE25FX / W-packs 4GB RAM, 320GB HDD, ATI Mobility Radeon HD4250 graphics, a Blu-ray/DVD burner combo drive.

Sony introduced some new laptops, namely the 14-inch VAIO EA, 15.5-inch VAIO EB, and 17.3-inch VAIO EC notebook series. The EA and EB-Series notebooks will be available in a couple of bright colors, while the EC is available in black. The processor used in these notebooks is the 2.26 GHz Intel Core i3 (with the option to upgrade i5), 4GB RAM, 320GB HDD, Windows 7 Home Premium, HDMI output, optional Blu-ray drive.
One must ask whether the executives of Sony borrowed a page from the Book of Asus’ by folding of the naming convention of the once easy to understand VAIO line? In addition to the VAIO EB, which revealed a few weeks ago, the VAIO EC, the specification, including a scratch resistant LCD HD display.

Sony unveils colorful new E-series VAIO notebook PCs, which come in five choices of colors, iridescent blue, pink hibiscus, Caribbean Green, Coconut White and Black Lava. Intel Core i3 or i5-520M-core processor, which increased VAIO E 8 GB RAM and up to 512 MB ATI Radeon HD5470 graphics.

Sony VAIO T-Series notebook is back in Japan because the company is the new VAIO VGN-TT93-based series. The new Windows 7 by Culver VAIO T-Intel processor increases, either Core 2 Duo SU9600, or SU9400, SU2300, or Celeron. Th 11.1-inch notebook supports up to 8 GB of RAM and packs up to 250 GB hard drive or two 256 GB SSD.
