DM40 Mamiya introduces the new professional digital camera, together with the 33-megapixel and 56 megapixel DM33-DM56. The DM40 offers 40-megapixel camera, the new DF-core technology delivers two free adjustable shutter systems – page or image plane. It offers a high degree of capture, 8 seconds per image and capture a sustainable rate of 60 images per minute.
Sigma announced the new SD15 digital SLR camera is the successor to the SD14. The new SD15’s Foveon X3 equipped with a 14-megapixel image sensor and TRUE II image processor. It has a 3-inch LCD screen. The Sigma SD15 features 77-segment AE sensor, 5-point autofocus, ISO 50-3200, RAW recording, a built-in flash with 17mm angle of coverage.

Canon launches the EOS 550D (aka EOS Kiss X4 in Japan and EOS Rebel T2i in the US) Digital DSLR camera like the follow-up of the EOS 500D. With Canon’s latest entry level DSLR, the 550D sport a 18 megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor, DIGIC 4 image processor, and ISO 100-6400 (expandable to 12800).
