4DDynamics announces the PicoScan, a compact 3D scanner on the professional Mephisto 3D scanning engine. This is basically combines standard AA PicoScan Canon EOS DSLR camera with a 1000D/Rebel XS Pico-Projector at the top. The scan engine is made, the camera control and 3D data as it goes “live” when connected to a laptop.
Panasonic announces the new DMP-BDT100 3D Full HD Blu-ray player, the DMP-BDT300 and DMP-BDT350 connect users to enjoy 2D and 3G content. It includes VIERA CAST and Internet connectivity, enabling streaming services like Netflix, Amazon VOD, Pandora, YouTube, Twitter to the living room.

Panasonic has revealed the HDC-SDT750 camcorder with 3D data capabilities. It is the world’s first consumer-level 3D camcorder. The Panasonic HDC camcorder SDT750 3D has three 3MOS sensor, and Leica Dicomar lens with 12x optical zoom and a 3-D converter that 3D graphics and video possible.

Samsung begin selling the Samsung PN50C490 and Samsung PN50C680 3D Plasma TV Series in US. These Samsung 3D HDTVs were announced for South Korean market. The Samsung 680 series are available in two models, 50-inch and 58-inch format, while the Samsung 490 series in 50-inch.
