TEAM Xtreem-S1 250GB series SSD

TEAM Group from Taiwan introduces at CeBit 2010 its Xtreem-S1 series SSD, join the Xtreem G1.The new S1 is equipped with a series of sand-Force processor and uses MLC NAND flash memory. Available in 60 GB, 120 GB and 250 GB capacities, the Xtreem-S1 uses the SATA II 3Gb / s interface.

TEAM Xtreem-S1 offers a read speed of 270MB/sec and a write speed of 260MB / s and supports AES-128 encryption and Windows 7 TRIM.
