Wireworld Announced its flagship Platinum Starlight HDMI cable, which costs $ 1000 for 1 meter (you read that right, a one thousand U.S. dollars). The Platinum Starlight cable was developed to the highest-fidelity audio and video in high-end home theater installations. The company uses the Helix DNA-conductor design, the 24 used in solid silver conductors.

The Platinum Starlight HDMI cable is a data rate of up to 21 Gbit per second, twice the group recently announced HDMI v1.4 with High-Speed Ethernet specification of 10.2 Gbit per second. This high-end HDMI cable will be released in February 2010.
