TRENDNet GREENnet TE100-S16g and TE100-S24g Switches announced

TRENDnet have announced two new energy-saving features 10/100Mbps Switch, TE100-S16g and TE100-S24g, both owned by the company GreenNet technology that “determines and supplies the right amount of power each time through the port wired as a connected device, requires the port or by the length of the connected Ethernet cable.”

The TE100-S16g is a 16-port 10/100 switch with a total switching capacity of 3.2 Gbps full-duplex support for all 16 auto-negotiation RJ-45 ports, while the 24-Port TE100-S24g Change has a total 4.8Gbp and capacity of approximately 24 full-duplex Auto-Negotiation RJ-45 ports.

TRENDnet TE100 and TE100-S16g-S24g GreenNet switches are at $ 69 and $ 89 and price.
