Nikon announced telephoto AF-S DX Micro NIKKOR 85mm f/3.5G ED VR lens

Nikon announces the new medium telephoto AF-S VR Micro-Nikkor 85mm f/3.5G ED VR lens specially designed for extreme close-ups, but perfectly suited for portrait, nature and the overall image too. The new new 85mm Micro Nikkor lens is designed for use with DX-format D-SLR’s. It features Nikon VR II (Vibration Reduction) image stabilization.

Nikon Silent Wave Motor technology (SWM), Extra Low Dispersion (ED) glass, Internal Focusing (IF), Super Integrated Coating (SIC) and a M / A Focus Mode switch.
